Richard McIntosh and Franc Flotron are the principals of the firm and are a former elected official and legislative staff person with over a combined 40 years of experience in the legislative process. The marketing consulting branch consists of L. Doyle Childers, former Director of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources; Earl W. Pabst, former Deputy Director of the Missouri Division of Environmental Quality; Dan R. Schuette, former Deputy Director of the Missouri Division of Environmental Quality; and Bill Stouffer, former State Senator, small business owner and life long farmer.

Loren Losh
Lonnie has a 40+ year career history of building and operating successful companies. He and Daryl built a large livestock operation in eastern Colorado. Additionally, they also developed a propane and fuel/oil delivery company as well as planned and built an independent and assisted living facility in their local community. Now he and his family have shifted their attention to The BiO2 Solution. He wrote the patent for the BiO2 Technology in 2001, has conducted research on multiple CAFO and municipal installations in conjunction with Colorado State University and perfected the addition of Electrocoagulation Technology to the original biological concept..
Chris Losh
Chris has over 15 years of operations management experience in the family’s livestock and farming operations. He has served as Chairman of the Board of American Pride Co-op for the last five years of his ten year tenure. He is responsible for BiO2’s components procurement and installation functions. Daryl Haerther
Daryl is the innovator and has been involved primarily in the design and development of The BiO2 Solution™ from its beginnings. His coordinator position is focused on equipment and mechanical processes along with practical installations. Daryl is a WWII Purple Heart and Bronze Metal recipient.
Dave Harrington
Dave has been part of the installation team for every project to date. He has also been responsible for the service of each project as well as being the trouble-shooter contact for the system operators. His knowledge and experience of the day-to-day operations of a system is invaluable.
Tracy Woodward
Tracy has 20+ years of experience in the finance/accounting industry for both Fortune 500 companies, such as Coors, and privately held companies. She has developed proformas, managed SEC filings and reporting, assisted in mergers and acquisitions, and procured grants and other financing.
